Cycles // Performance, 2020
Cycles is an audiovisual performance composed specifically for the minimalist, circular architecture of the Kunstkapel. The static architectural character is accentuated and extended by ephemeral audiovisual elements, entangling in an immersive play of structure, light, and sound. Beams of light scan the space to create shifting structures complementing the static architecture and sound is generated by rhythmic pattern synthesizers, both with a cyclic nature inspired by the space’s extraordinary design.
